Finished Yall have crappy mics

I'm a bit embarrassed to admit this... but I've been using a Disney Sing It mic from the original xbox 360 as my mic for the last 3 years...

My terrible DIY adjustable mic stand invention:
I took an adjustable lamp and modified it by removing the bulb and shade cover, then using the only mic I had, a 10 year old Disney Sing it mic from the original xbox, I secured it onto the end of the lamp with 2 rubber wrist bracelets. I would then later modify the set up to include a piece of ugly paper towel wrapped around the mic to reduce the background noise.

I think I win in terms of who has the crappiest mic setup.

The mic makes me sound like a Disney princess; but hey, it works!

Im pretty sure the source engine's voice compression makes it sound bad. But you can't help it since gmod is built on an old engine...

 

but I blame gmod for ruining my dope voice. jk
