He wants to end amendment 14 regarding birthright citizenship. Had this in his crosshairs last fall. It's still around and he hasn't cared about it publicly in basically 8 months and there have been no developments about ending it in congress or senate either. If he can't get rid of that amendment it's essentially impossible to get rid of the 22nd amendment. To end the 22nd amendment would vehemently go against both parties and their ideals to not allow there to be some kind of governing ruler or king with no cycle or reason to remove them from power which is what America was essentially made to prevent against and only idiots would vote to remove that amendment.
Once again, you're probably being sarcastic but neither Trump nor anyone else in the executive branch can do it. The legislative branch, mainly congress must have either a convention of states and/or a two-thirds vote in both houses of congress to either amend or remove an amendment. The likeliness of that happening is slim to none though because both of them are controlled by differing majorities with the House of Representatives controlled by the Democrats and the Senate controlled by the Republicans.
