The actualy one before I become flooded with dumb ratings :^) :

so this happened when i was about 8 i can't remember. My parents were off to the casino and the night was going okay for my brother and i. About a couple hours passed and i heard some mumbling coming in my parent's room. Which was odd because my brother was downstairs and no one else was home. I thought my parents must've left the tv on so i decided to open the door. The tv wasn't on. I began to fill sick to my stomach and i ran out of the room. I called my older brother to come and see what was going on. He too went to open the door. This time however there was some kind of resistance because right as it was opened, the door slammed shut in front of his face. At this point we thought someone must've broken in through the window or something. I called 911 and when the police came they asked what happened. My parents also were called by the police to come home. it turned out the reason the door shut was because of the wind from the open window pushed it. The one thing that i ask myself however that no one ever figured out, what was the mumbling in the room comming from?

At the age of 7-14, I too would see a figure almost every single night. If I remember right, it almost looked like
    [IMG]
It would usually be inside the doorway or at the end of my bed. I was visited by no other figure in my life, but this 'man' would follow me. I've seen it out in public sometimes, but usually it would be in my room. 'He' wouldn't move unlike Rozboon's figure, and mine was merely more than shadows. It was like someone had been watching me my whole life. It never did anything besides stand there and not often would it make grunts or partial brief lettered noises. It never even harmed me of had the interaction of the environment. I do not know why it looked like that, who it was, or why 'he' chose to follow me, but I actually liked how something otherworldly payed attention to me. Not scary at all, but believe me Rozboon, you're not the only one.

I've had my fair share of activity, and the reason I didn't go and post this is because I don't think it was scary.

My dad lives kind of in the middle of nowhere, the only type of civilization that is remotely near his house is a neighborhood about a mile and a half down the road. My dads girlfriend lives quite a while away, and since they both work a lot during the weekdays, my dad generally goes over and stays the night every Friday, seeing that I go to stay with my dad every other weekend, this means most Friday nights, I am home all by myself. I started off my Friday by playing some video games, as I normally do since there is hardly anything else to do, when I realize it has been awhile since I checked on my dog, I get up and head to my dads office to get her up and take her outside. I turn on the lights, but accidently flick on the outside lights too, and what I see paralyzes me, I saw a man in some type of hoodie holding something in his hands, that looked somewhat like a hammer, or god forbid a firearm, after staring for almost half a minute, I get my dog to leave the room with me and I call my dad, after picking up the phone, I dial my dads number and go to check if he is still there. But when I went back, he wasn't, I could see footprints in the snow outside. I assumed I had scared him away, and when my dad picked up the phone, I decided not to tell him anything, because I thought that would be the end of it, and I thought it may make him nervous to leave me home on Fridays. Thats not even the worst part of it, as you can imagine, this incident has me extremely paranoid, I go back to my video games with my dog alongside me, Its about 11:30 before I decide to go to bed, but still paranoid, I couldn't sleep, Around 12:15, I hear something that seemed like the basement door slamming, after this, I got my dog in my room, grabbed my fathers rifle (Which for whatever the fuck reason he likes to keep loaded in our front closet) locked my door and called my father, who sped home at almost 1AM and searched the house, We didn't find anyone, but we did see that the back door of the house (The only way to access the basement from the outside) was now unlocked, as well as more footprints in the snow leading to the backyard.

By far the scariest moment of my life.

At the beginning of last year I started having a series of nightmares where I was in my own home and I was seeing things from my perspective, as well as a third person perspective. It always started like it had already started somewhere else, like I was finishing someone else's nightmare because they had woken up from it. After a few times of having those same nightmares, I realized that I had never been able to finish the story, or whatever, and that someone else (if it's possible) was finishing them for me, somewhere else. I went like a month before I had one again but then I finished it with me getting in to bed, and waking up scared in the dream and in real life.

Also when I first started high school I used to draw children and girls a lot, with big eyes and small lips and eye bags. They were really creepy looking to say the least. I stopped drawing them my Senior year to focus on realism and abstract work. I've always had trouble falling asleep because of silence, and it was always easier to go to bed talking to someone. When I realized I had to get used to sleeping alone and without someone on the other end, I started seeing the faces of the kids I used to draw in the dark when I was adjusting to it. From time to time I over think and see them behind corners and in dark rooms because of my obsessive imagination. It's honestly probably because of the lack of sleep. :))))
