I reviewed this report as well as your discussion with me about this.
Your recent in game was due to several instances of harassment and toxic gameplay.
Following or "targetting" had nothing to do with this ban. It was the aggressive harassing comments to and about people in game. 1 day ban was completely justified in that sense.

For the shoutbox ban, once you are warned several times for the same thing you are at risk of being banned once things continue.Clearly they did so a ban was issued.

None of these bans or warnings were out of favoritism. But rather your poor actions. All of which you can avoid.

Thank you for expressing your grievances and concerns. I think these are instances that you could avoided completely instead of fueling and leading to your punishments.
