Invalid Report against Report Against BOT

Alright, so, I've looked over all of the evidence and taken into consideration the viewpoint of every party involved. I'm going to mark this report invalid, but let me break down to you why it is so, and I ask that you read all of this to better understand why.

I want to make it clear first and foremost that harassing players is not tolerated, and will be dealt with as it happens. In cases like this one, the moderator active at the time claims to not have seen any harassment towards you. It however is evident that it was entirely possible he saw some of it, such as calling you a "prick." Taking this into consideration, when you told him that you were being harassed, something could have been said to Ak47bot about that particular statement, however it was already clear that the trial moderator was warning the both of you to drop it. There's really no need to address the same situation twice.

You were warned when Bot noticed that you were actively harassing Ak47bot. You then argued that this was a double standard and that Bot was favoring another player over you. I assure you that our moderators do not act in bias and if caught doing so they would be reprimanded, however, I do not believe Bot to be acting in bias in this specific case. The other player was in fact warned by the trial moderator on a previous instance. Moving on though, when both the moderator and trial moderator asked you to take screenshots of the specific instances you had felt harassed in, you refused and continued to behave in a toxic manner. This led to no further action against Ak47bot.

Now, there are probably better ways that Bot could have gone about this (ask Lone for his screenshots of the instances and give both you and the other player a warning, or ask you nicely via a pm to provide screenshots so that he could take action and explain that he did not see it personally), and I'll have a chat with Bot about that. His moderating ability will only improve from this incident, as that's what forum reports are for (improving or pruning), and I thank you for reporting him so that he has the opportunity to grow as a moderator. I respect the fact that you intentionally came here seeking just that, improvement. Though having stated that, I would ask that we see some growth from you as well. When you feel a player is harassing you, it's best to take screenshots of the console and alert the staff, not harass the player back and get upset when you're warned for it. In the future, if this situation occurs again (though I would not wish that upon you), please alert the staff and ignore the harassment. If they ask for you to provide proof, do so, it'll only make the process less painful for both you and the staff in question.
