More so enter a volunteer lottery of sorts. And one person would be picked randomly to be a traitor/Detctive. Or multiples, depending on the amount of slays.
I think the reason to keep slain players receiving random roles is to ensure fairness in gameplay. Having the potential consequence of losing a traitor round for a player would be more valuable than knowing that all you do is lose an innocent round. Where would this end? If a person gets RDM'd on the traitor round and their team has to suffer, do we the create game mechanics that replaces them because of fairness? If the accidentally die as a traitor or detective, which removes one less player from that role, do you think we should push that role onto another person? Right now, players that RDM don't put their teams at any more risk than players that randomly/accidentally kill themselves. Leave it the way it is.
disagree with that, that would mean that if the player does get an innocent role that he is not worried about getting slain. which means you don't agree on the way it is right now... I don't see what you mean by that, that would never be implemented and is not he case. you are now simply overexaggerating the situation.. We are talking about the start of the round. A slay is where someone simply does not participate in the round, that is where the slay is for. You are looking at it, as it is some sort of automatic revenge rdm. But looking at that would just victimize the Traitors that don't get slain. this one confirms what I meant, a slay is not the same thing as being randomly or accidently killed. those things just happen and we don't have any control over it. luckily we do have control over who we slay. therefore I think (if possible) i should be changed where roles don't get influenced by slays. besides... what can possibly be the negative effect of this?
