Despite having already made a post, I figured I'd make an update with all the progress I've made today. (Up until today it's just been sitting in it's box, poor thing.) edit: Oh, I should mention that everything is daisy-chained via Thunderbolt. So not only is everything ridiculously fast, but also talks to each other very nicely. Even the MacBook Pro.

He has the new late 2013 Mac Pro. One of the very few desktops that actually do have a 12 core CPU if you buy the configuration. HOWEVER, it's also hella expensive. lol
