My first 10km egg, I was so happy when I got the egg. When it hatched, I got an eevee and I wanted to break my phone.
I hatched two 10km eggs and got Scyther and an Eevee. I keep getting 2km eggs that I don't want, I wish I could throw away eggs.
If your phone freezes while catching a Pokemon, you can save the catch by stopping and reopening the game when the silver poke ball icon is spiraling on the screen. This pretty much saved my Pidgeot and Horsea catches this morning.

alright guys ive been having a problem lately, my nearby chart-thing is broken, every pokemon that is listed in it only shows 3 little footprint underneath it, even if it spawns right next to me. anyone else having this problem and now how to fix it? i already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it btw
Yeah it seems they aren't updating on my client too, everyone has 3 foot prints despite being literally in front of me. However, the order of the pokemons does actually update and not the foot prints, so if u see your dratini move down from #3 to #4, you're going away from it. Probably a server issue imo.
Yeah for some reason the entire right half of the item box is discard, despite the tiny icon comprising a tenth of its stupid hitbox.
Save your birds, rats, and various evolutions. Use a Lucky egg. Each Evolved Pokemon is 500 exp, Doubled, then any new evolution is also another 500 and doubled exp from discovering that pokemon. Use this when you are camping down a few pokestops. Setup a lure. Went from level 15-20 in 30 minutes. Highest CP right now is my Jolteon which is sitting at 1790.
Well, seems like I'm unlucky. The game doesn't seem to work for me. Loads fine and everything, but my character doesn't follow my real world movement. It just stands there at the same location I launched the game at. I'm using LG G3 Beat, pretty awful device, could that be the reason? Because the game DOES load and work, but it seems something is messed up with the GPS.
This is a known issue with the LG series. The GPS is absolute shit. My friend at work has a LG as well and it just simply doesn't track his motions. At Verizon we get this call alot about GPS now because pokemon go is so big and so many people call in about data concerns and GPS concerns. 9/10 times we have a GPS issue its related to the LG phone product line.
