The instance you seem to be describing on the map Island is shown here, but it occurred several rounds before you were banned:

You were banned at exactly 14:26, and the closest map to that time is Minecraft_b5 which started at 14:16. The Island map started at 13:46, which is a full 20+ minutes before you get banned for RDM & Leave. Also, in that dmg log you can see that jiggabojones did shoot you first, which gives you the right to kill him, and no slay would have been given there.

If @Kenny could please leave a response on this appeal to confirm that this is the correct dmg log for his 4th offense of RDM ban, it would be appreciated. This DMG log relates with what you've said in your responses, and it also directly matches the time of events.

The log with @Noble Six was the one i banned him for. As you can see in the logs, i was actually witness to these events. From my point of view, it looked like blatant RDM. Although, i wanted to wait for his side of the story (as i usually do with most RDM cases) but he swiftly left leaving the report blank, so i banned him from there. Immediately after banning him, due to the 2 active bans still on him, i requested for a global ban.

 

when I killed noble I got no report screen so how could have I filled it out and i cannot remember killing him but i usually don't kill for no reason i think there was a kos on him so i killed him but if you find the chat log for that round it would be really helpful

 

i also got no sign saying a report has been filed on you or something like that so that ban was unfair maybe i can take the slay or something

 

the round went normaly with no report box for me to type came or a sound that i was reported

 

i could be slayed for 5 rounds on all servers

 

or i could take the slay for killing noble

 

The issue is not that you didn't RDM and leave, it is the fact that you broke rules on consecutive servers within month. It was decided that a simple local ban was not enough, considering that it wasn't your first offense of breaking the rules and given the fact that it was in such a short period of time, @ComPeter felt you needed an extended period of time off of our servers until you can learn to obey the rules.

 

i have killed innos because they were doing traitours acts so that is why i killed alot of innos and i have gotten no report screens the day i was banned

 

The report pops up on your screen as soon as it's made, if you're not alive. He reported you before you left, you should have seen it.

 

there was no report menu what so ever and i am not lying and i also felt this ban was unfair because i got no report screens

 

I am going on vacation so i will be back next sunday so you will nor hear from me

 

Seeing as you do not have any evidence of your innocence, I.E. how the report menu "Never came up" before you left, and we do have evidence of you RDMing (Myself a witness to the incident and The Law's damage logs posted above), i will be denying this appeal. If an admin feels this is not the correct decision, please inform me.
