Opalcraft: Community Minecraft Server

Iron chests would be a good addition because it doesn’t have to be like ME system or storage but having larger chests and shulker bo es would be a nice addition

 

Quick tip I found out for the mod "BetterFPS", if you're wondering which algorithm is best for your particular computer system, you can actually open the JAR file in your mods folder and it'll open this:

It'll do some tests and then give you a recommendation on which algorithm to switch to. Me personally, the test was showing the Vanilla Algorithm to be the best. Hope this helps any of you who could use a slight FPS boost.
(Edit: it seems you still need to actually change the algorithm setting while ingame to apply any change).

 

Opalcraft v1.1 update is currently underway. The server will be down for a few hours while a install and config everything. I'll let you know when we're back.

You can also do this directly in-game by going to Options->BetterFPS Options and shift-clicking the Alogrithm button. It will wait for a few second while it tests them and choose the one that works the best for you.

NOTE: "Taylor's Algorithm" is known to cause weird graphical glitches and issues. Do NOT use it - if BetterFPS suggests it to you, use the vanilla one instead.

 

I'm pretty sure it was Taylors' that I was using when my models' arms and legs started flailing

wtf was this machine originally? Am I missing a spawner in the walls, a classic emerald farm like that doesnt seem like it'd lag unless tinkers does some shit optimization on all those entities in the smeltery.

Can we get the ability to change the size of the settings box for the launcher? i have a friend who's trying to play and it's messing up and he can't move it

Hey, I know I'm late af, but I finally just got the games, booted it up, installed a few things and whatnot, so yeah. I will play whenever, not really good at the game anyways.

 

opal, don't use mods from other websites, other then the mod's creator's website, curseforge, or planetminecraft. others contain malware or corrupted stuff.
