@hello my friend my ping normally doesn't spike too bad, maybe 100, 150 a few times.

If you don't agree with this, voice your concerns. The fairest gameplay comes from not allowing champions that will be released days before the tournament.

Update : Unless we have time, all games will be played in best of three format. (If we have time, the finals will be best of five)

The first games shall start arround 12:00-1:00 EST. (~1 hour window to allow for games to start)
