Automatically KOS staff. Us vs. the world, and that way I can kill more people without it being RDM. Hooray
A few things: 1. The punishment for lying in a report (like saying someone passed an unID'd when they didn't) should be extremely severe. I'm talking like 2 weeks to a permaban here. It would help prevent people from lying and realize just taking a one round slay is better than risking a 2 week/permaban. And the evidence should obviously be a clear video showing the accused/accuser lied. 2. There needs to be punishment for RDM-baiting. Like seeing an un-ID'd body and camping in a corner next to it and murdering anyone who walks by. Or last night when a detective camped a C4 and killed anyone who walked up to it claiming "I thought you were the one who planted it" while also making no attempt to defuse it himself. Maybe there is a punishment for it, but in that particular case the individual killed several people and left after the round and wasn't punished whatsoever. So if there isn't punishment for it, there needs to be, and if there is, it also needs to be more severe. That kind of person is not needed on this server. 3. Staff who break the rules need to receive a harsher punishment than the rest of the population. They're in a position of power and therefore should be expected to act responsibly. Accidents certainly do happen, and that's fine, but I see no reason why the can't serve a double slay and take two rounds off of playing for their mistake. And if a staff member is caught doing something like committing blatant RDM, they need to be removed from their position immediately. Like I had a staff (who was inno) call a false KOS on me (also an inno) for no reason at all. I won't go into detail about it because I wasn't recording that night, but I'm just saying, if something like that happens and the victim has clear video evidence against the staff, they need to be removed. I've played a lot of TTT and this is without a doubt the best TTT server on GMod, but I think it could be just about perfect if these rules were added.

Oh yeah one thing that definitely needs to be added: No more using the keybind that says ".... is a Terrorist!" The keybind contributes nothing to the game and is there for the sole purpose of tricking new players into RDMing.

I'm guessing you're one of the exact people I was talking about. It says ".... is a TERRORIST" not "....is a TRAITOR." Everyone in the game is a terrorist. The idea to trick plebs (like you) into misinterpreting the call out an RDM someone. Which is why it needs to be banned.
