I will host game night at some points if I feel
If I don't feel, anyone will be able to host. You must follow the laid out rules (including time and game choice)
Just ask me if I'm not hosting (via TS or Steam) and if I say no, you can host by creating a channel in TS and advertising it every now and again in shoutbox
