should just introduce the people who find everything harassing to Xbox game chat lol but seriously tho good luck finding a 1-size-fits-all solution, you've just gotta take it on what you hear from people, literally and figuratively. if someone's feeling harassed, deal with it, they're finding it funny, don't kill it, step in when people aren't having fun
I disagree, there does not. Some people will just go quiet, not complaining, but hate their time on the servers. Sometimes, we need to intervene without being complained to. However, of course not with mild banter and mutual trash-talking. Talking shit ain't harassment, ruining someone's time is. And if we see the latter, we should intervene, even if not prompted by the victim.
Yea i personally dont think thats harassment, just making a little banter shouldnt be something to worry about
One time @pumpkintownslayer21 gave me a warning for harassment after I joking called someone a fatty. He said I said the gay f-word.
Sure if its a constant thing that you've witnessed, not when you first get on the server and hear someone shit talking another player and instantly jump down that persons throat about harassment.
Now that i think about it, I'm pretty sure it was Panda that did it to me too, it's happened a few times with other mods as well.
Whenever someone starts talking shit to me, and no staff are on, I respond calmy and say the following. "I will fuck you in the ass on the dirty bathroom floor. You're gonna get athletes foot. I'm gonna suck your dick. Then I'm fucking you, again, into the carpet. Carpet burn. Everywhere." They usually shut up or lose interest.
@Panda With a Gun you’ve popped up a few times care to add something since you know you’re an admin and all and you kinda set the precedent, and since mods see you warn for petty banter they follow your lead.
