You can still win a rank you already have. For the monthly/yearly ranks, it will just extend your rank expiration. For VIP, you can choose to give VIP to someone who doesn't have it or give yourself Elite for a month. I will start the drawing with the highest value ranks first (Legendary -> MVP -> Elite -> VIP) as the winners will be removed from the drawing pool.
