Okay so hear me out for a 4 step plan to success

1. Take one of these dying NA servers
2. Reduce the player count to 24
3. Replace the maps with low pops from this thread
4. Rename the server Serious TTT Low Population
5. (Optional) Move the location to EU because we have players
6. (Optional) Replace Deathrun with Serious TTT Low Population (Thanks @Timo654 )

Results?

1. Appease the massive amount of forum users supporting this
2. More map variety
3. Boost player count on the dead servers
4. (Most important) Happy Carned

 

did u screenshot the player count during the time in which eu servers are active

EU1 had like 12 and EU2 had about 2, but i'm not about to go and replace the servers which i get the best ping on now am I?

Plus 4 NA (5 if you include Deathrun) and 2 EU means its easier to get an NA server to bugger off
