For the pistol, I will always go with the Sig Sauer. It's a 2-headshot kill, and it has an insane firerate. For the primary, I either use the HK SL8, or the SCAR. The HK is a 1-shot kill to the head, even for detectives. The SCAR does very decent damage, but isn't effective for longer ranges. Sometimes, I also equip the AK-47. It's satisfactory at longer ranges, and does good damage if you can manage the recoil.
I would say go with hk16 and sig sauer p229r if you dont want to go with that, I would suggest the hksl8 and the colt but you need to have good aim for the hksl8. The hk416 and the sig is the ultimate spray if you dont want to use the ak. You can rampage high health people with the hk416 then kill the low health people with the sig or you can start shooting someone with the hk416 then finish them off with the sig sauer.
