Ban Appeal

At this time it is obvious that the proof Lt. White Horse { CoNL} and I have presented is not solid enough proof to force CollarDuty to serve his ban.

We've collected opinions and have discussed tirelessly, but have come to no solid solution.

Therefore, the player CollarDuty ( STEAM_0:0:25688701) will have his ban lifted as no punishment should have been issued in the first place. We were suspicious but couldn't quite point the spotlight on his supposed crimes. We banned him just the same as a player would have killed for suspicion in-game.
