Carned? Are you a loophole admin? Are you trying to find ways not to moderate?! Where you said "opinion, not harassment" It was directed to someone, he was saying someone is foreign. I would call that harassment. The "What does vip stand for, very ignorant person?" He's basically saying whoever he was targeting was A VIP (Might have been tyrone) and he is calling them a "Very Ignorant Person" The rest down isn't really harassment, but the 3 top are.
The staff in general has had a talk about harassment and there is no need to bring up old posts. We are aware of the situations and we are working toward squashing each instance that we see. We thank you for your concern, but please, believe my words.
I get harassed often, mostly because of my IGN, If someone harasses me through voice chat, I can't get proof. I try my best not let it get to me though. xD These are the reasons why: 1) I don't record every time I play on SeriousTTT. 2) I think recording it is too much effort for some low-life to just get warned. I think ShadowPlay works really well with GMOD since you can save the last few minutes of gameplay, so with a click of a button, you have video proof of what happened. (Also you can capture funny moments xD) Sadly, It's not available on Laptops. Even if it reaches the requirements D: I think that the protocol should be kick the player on his first offense, instead of just a warn.
I suggest you take a look at my posts on your question about becoming a mod. It's ironic that you take such a starling stance on harassment when you were reported for it. It's also sad that you were told that you shouldn't advertise your application and you still do it. At the rate you're going, mod will not be in your future anytime soon.

Point being made, don't harass if you want to be part of the staff here. It's fantastic that you want to be part of the staff to help keep the servers at its best, but the way you're going about things is completely wrong and something the staff do not need. Deleting your post will not change the number of people who have already seen it. Change your habits and show you have what it takes to be a moderator. As Mango has stated, the way you're acting right now, will NEVER get you a position.
