I try to make it simple, so here's what I don't put on the wall of shame: Anyone who has had an RDM&L offense lower than 4th offense. Any singular Mass RDM charge no matter how many people were RDM'd, only if the person is a repeat offender and is globaled for mass RDM will they be added. Anything else is fair game.

I'll use this information to my advantage.
