after i got slain (first & second time) i didn't realize that i had to stay until the next round. when i looked at the popup, it said zero slays remaining.​

As you can see in chat, I had reassured you that he had no harpoon. You even admitted that you "thought" he had a harpoon. With the evidence I had gathered, I issued you a slay.
