Yes, I know a thread on this was made
Yes, I know the decision was that you're allowed to kill anyone (with common sense) if a player tells you that you're the last inno
No, it shouldn't be a reason to kill anyone on sight

    Reasons:

    1. Consent - Approximately 0% of the time have I been asked, as a T buddy, if my T buddy is allowed to tell the last Inno they're the only one without my consent
    2. Not in the extended rules - How are my T buddies supposed to even know the rule if there is literally no place to find it unless they dig through the forums
    3. Lies - An Inno can easily lie and say to another player "You're the last Inno", and if that Inno begins shooting other Innos, then I guess that Inno has the right
    4. No reason - Literally no good reason why this is a thing. It goes against anything that is currently in the Extended/MOTD rules, so why is it a method of gameplay?
    5. Challenge - Give me a good reason this is allowed as a rule (KYOGRE SAID I CAN DURRRRRRRRRRR)

At best, "You're the last Innocent alive" should be no more than suspicion, especially considering points 1 and 3 above

Thanks for your time. You may rate this post Optimistic now.

Basing reasoning off of your personal experiences carries little weight in a persuasive topic.
Then the person that stated that gets to be the person held responsible; it's that simple.

Could you imagine if our staff listed every single rule that could possibly be broken in the game? Do you have any idea of how long the extended rules would be?

There are things that aren't added just because they don't come up as often other things. The only reason tiny instances get added is because a small group of the community makes some big stink about them.

You keep saying that this is nowhere to be found, even though there's multiple threads on the topic stating the specifics, as well as some Q&As on the subject; ignorance to all information is also poor reasoning.

    1. Yea, that's why it's more fun to see people who wouldn't ask their T buddies to do this. As a sadist, I approve of no consent when telling me im the last inno alive.
    2. @Opalium @Falcor @Admin Here's another rule to add to the extended rules
    3. The inno has the right, and the inno who said the other was the last inno alive will be banned probably for 5x RDM that is if the rampaging innocent doesnt be a smart boy and check the bodies
    4. I can use math to not be a dumb and figure out the legitimacy behind the claim made by the innocent/traitor.

If 20 people are alive, someone says it, I guess there's 19 Ts? If there's 6 people alive out of 24 people, based on dead Ts right now and the # of people confirmed dead I can act on his stupid mistake

    5. It's a challenge made to the innocent to kill 5 Ts. There's a challenge to your challenge.

Just had a chat with @Skyrossm that explains all my points perfectly. If any lead like @Falcor or @Opalium would care to read, it really does help

Sure it might not be completely common sense, but I'll let the rule deciders truly answer this.

    Simple
Inno Dumb says Inno A is the last inno
Inno B hears this and kills Traitor C because Inno B is your average ttt player.
Inno B gets slain because saying someone is the last inno carries no weight, like someone pointing out that someone else preformed a traitorous act.
(This isn't actually what happens but its a rough idea of what it >>>COULD<<< be changed to. I'm NOT saying that it's what it should be changed to)

From my understanding of the rules, when a traitor says "so-and-so, you are the last innocent", and so-and-so starts killing people based off of that, those kills would be attributed to a traitor. I see it as being similar to a traitor calling fasle KOSes; it's not RDM if an innocent kills and innocent based off a false KOS if it was a traitor who called it.

So, if a traitor says that someone is the last innocent alive, and an innocent kills another innocent, I would say that it could fall under that same ruling as a false KOS on a traitor.

Now, if so-and-so were to kill a traitor based off that information, the burden would still fall on the traitor who said that so-and-so was the innocent, because they in effect called a KOS on their traitor buddy. So, if that traitor who was killed DIDN'T agree to saying so-and-so was the last innocent, and they were killed from that information, the traitor who said it would need a slay for effectively calling a false KOS on their traitor buddy.

That might need some clarification by the upper administration, but that's my understanding on this situation.

The "last inno" situation, as explained by Lone pretty well above, is based on how KOSes work in our servers. By telling someone they are the last inno, you are effectively calling a KOS on all other living players, including yourself. This gives that "last inno" the right to shoot all of them right away as they are KOSed by you, and you will be credited for any kills done this way as you would from a normal KOS, including any RDMs resulting from it. If, for instance, the inno kills your fellow Traitor because of your call, you will be responsible for it and it will be considered an RDM (unless the inno did not base the kill on your call - this is up to whatever happened there).
I agree that having no explicit explanation of this in the extended rules can be confusing to less-experienced players, so I'll add this there.

You're the last inno = we are all traitors KOS us.

It is a mass KOS to intimidate and taunt. Let people have fun with scaring the last inno because there are 5 other ts around him shooting at him now.
