    Dude, I fucking told pokeben I couldn't rejoin, I kept getting the "Can't connect after 6 tries" error, I sent him pm's that It wouldn't let me screenshot it either, I asked him to please wait, I was going to join now to play with pierogi one last time and Im banned for 13 days.

    I really didn't meant to leave, but east has been really buggy recently and Im pretty sure its not only me, I left and tried to join instantly, and I let pokeben now through steam that I wasn't able to join back and I hoped he would understand, guess what...​
    Evidence of Innocence:
    I asked him multiple times to not ban me please because I couldn't join, why the fuck would I want to get banned for 2 weeks right after I get banned from one? I know he told me to send a screenshot with my phone but I couldn't do it​

    I'll respond with evidence when I can, but you were banned for RDM and leave 2nd because after you were rgagged by @Pokeben10, you mowed him down and then immediately disconnected.

    east has been really buggy and I think some of the staff might be aware of that, im really sorry for doing it

    I’m currently on vacation, but I’m pretty sure Pierogi will be able to provide all necessary evidence.

    And yeah, what Pierogi said is pretty much true from what I remember. I gave you the opportunity to rejoin or prove that you actually weren’t able to join. You did send a screenshot, but it didn’t show any proof of you not being able to connect whatsoever:

    I told you to send a picture from your phone, but you just said “fuck you”. Now, you wouldn’t be in this situation if you hadn’t rage RDM’d me in the first place. If you can prove to us that you genuinely weren’t able to join, then maybe Pierogi will consider accepting this appeal. Otherwise, I’m afraid there’s not much I can do as this is not my appeal.

    I said that because I really thought you were joking around with the ban part, I thought just letting the mod know was enough, and also because I play a lot on east so I thought that would be enough to gain your trust, I legit couldnt send a screenshot of the ban because gmod doesnt let you take screenshots while joining a server in that loading screen, im sorry pokeben for rdming u

    Idk if I can comment on these but that screenshot should prove he can't connect if he can't see the player list I have actually had this same problem in the past where I can't see the playerlist when i'm unable to connect despite people playing on the servers. EDIT: I also just checked and you cannot screenshot while connecting maybe its just a specific thing that happens to certain people

    You're good. So long as you are providing relevant information. And confirmation of a problem existing is something that I would probably deem relevant enough. If you are ever unsure if you should post something in an appeal or report, it would be best to DM an admin, just to make sure you dont get an avoidable warning point

    So you were banned for RDM and leave (2nd offense). You were rgagged by Pokeben10, at which point you sought him out and attempted to RDM him (proof here - https://streamable.com/i65hzo). You then immediately disconnected from the server as soon as he killed you. I think this shows clear intent to leave the server after the RDM.

    With regards to the screenshot, I don't think this is sufficient evidence to show you couldn't connect. You could have taken a screenshot of your failure to connect via multiple methods, as @Pokeben10 was trying to tell you.

    After consulting with Pokeben, I will be reducing the length of the ban to time served (which means I will be unbanning you now). HOWEVER, please keep in mind two things:
    1. The next offense will be your 3rd offense
    2. This is your final warning to stop targeting staff. You successfully appealed your first ban for this, but you have persisted in this behavior over the past few months. If it happens again, you will be looking at a longer ban than last time.
