What Vodka wants (and needs)

As anyone who as looked at @captain-vodka 's ask.fm can see, she wants a !whip ulx command. Please post about ideas for the speech that she will be writing on why she deserves this. Also, fell free to tell highwon about your undying support for the worlds greatest vodka peddling communist with (hopefully) a !whip command in this crusade. Also lets start a petition for this. If we get 100 names, i'll link highwon to this.
