Using a Galaxy S3 with my own customized ROM. Based off of actual source from Google's AOSP platform, my own personal coding, then some coding from Kernel.org and Code Aurora to build it up.
I have a 3D Droid only to spend most of my time playing Resident Evil and trying to figure out what Leon is saying. :l
You forgot something in the poll, Windows Phon- BAHAHAHHAAHHAAhahahahahasdfsdaasddwafsd.. Alright, I'm out of here.
I've had my phone for just about 4 years now, and it's still in great condition. I have a LG Optimus One. If you're looking for a phone that will last you a long time and is strong and well built, then this is a good choice in my opinion. However, if you want to play games on your phone... then for the love of god, do not buy this phone xD.
Dear god, I'm shocked that people are still using that phone. I used to remember when it was a hit back in the day, but now in the age of quad core phones....... bleh
What kind of Phone do I have? I always keep this baby handy in case some people want to.... TALK. Anyone want my number? It's 1-800-you-dead
I got the galaxy note 3. Its a fun, versatile phone. A Lot of samsung bloatware though, will probably end up rooting it eventually.
Rooting can help with bloatware if you know what app to use. While you're at it, you might as well go all out and find a good custom ROM and Kernel, if the ROM doesn't include one. Make sure they're compatible. After you root, flash the recovery (probably clockworkmod), flash the rom and kernel and overclock your phone.
What good would overclocking my phone do other than heating up the internals and reducing overall product life? If anything I want to reduce uneeded cpu/RAM usage as much as I can. The note 3 is beefy on the inside, and for my purposes it's more than plenty to complete the tasks I ask of it.
I play demanding games on my phone, like emulating and I need all the juice I can get. I only overclock it by 600Mhz, the limit for Cyanogenmod which isn't much more than the stock speed.
Just a curiosity since I'm a big fanatic for modding certain smartphones and making certain files/kernels running Android. What phones do you guys have? Right now, I'm using an old Galaxy S3 on Verizon Wireless to get things started.
