Explain the case:

I PM'd the mod that i was going use a risque subway spray a few rounds before i used the spray, and about the round i used the spray, i got banned​

Related Evidence:

I can't seem to find the spray but its basically a sex scene in a manga, but the nsfw stuff is replaced with subway and subway accessories, so i guess it could be a gray area or something.

Tonight was a bit hectic, I have seen this and I will respond shortly.

 

So now we go into this appeal. First I want to show you the rule in play.


As you can see in the highlighted part it talks about even covered or cropped out, if it can still be understood as what it was, in your case a hentai of some sort, it is still a bannable offense.

Now my verdict.
I am going to be denying this appeal, as it is your SECOND offense within 11 days, and I don't have any messages from you saying that you were going to use a risque spray, I went through my recording, and thus I see absolutely no reason as you were even warned about earlier sprays.
