i took a 10 to 15 minute break
then when i come back
i see that i was banned for 5 days
im assuming this is rdm and leave?
if it is
i didnt know i was slayed
or rdmed
so plz unban me
and i will serve the slay​

You submitted a report against someone who killed you, as seen here:

You were confused as to why you were killed, but you were killed because you damaged the person that killed you. When Poké informed me he'd like to report for that crowbar damage, you had left, as seen below.

That being said, since this is such a small amount of damage and it is your first offense, I am willing to accept this appeal, but your ban will not be voided. A good way to avoid this in the future would be to always ask the staff member online if you're free to leave. Thanks for appealing, have nice night.
