My friends and I were celebrating our 7th anniversary of being friends, and we normally do that buy joining some TTT. I am a normal player on this server and I brought them here to TTT West, which was an unpopulated server when we all joined. We continued to play on it for an hour before someone got on and started making pain about our names all having "Comrade" before it. I can see the problem with that, and when the admin got on, he kicked us for having similar names; so we changed them to have the comrade AFTER our name i.e.("Name", Comrade). He than banned us all for 5 days for "Group trolling". I was playing the game as it was supposed to be, and we weren't ghosting, as we shut off our teamspeak voice for the time being so we could just use in game voice and not ruin the aspect of the game. I feel that it is wrong of the server to ban people for playing to gather as friends, instead of only having to play with random people. Specially when we tried to fix our first problem by changing our names. A friend messaged the admin "Muffin" who said it was cause we were getting people killed. The only people who were getting killed was people from my group of friends because a user named "Lemoncake" kept getting mad about our names, even after we changed them.

It seems very wrong to ban people who are playing on the server who are playing with friends, specially when its just those people who were there for hours. "Group Trolling" feels like it shouldn't have been when only one person was making a big deal about it, even after we remedied the situation.​

After speaking with you on Steam, I've decided to accept this appeal. The reason you were asked to change your names wasn't because we don't allow people to play with their friends though. You were asked because when you have multiple people with similar names lots of confusion can sprout up from someone saying "KoS Comrade" when there's 6 Comrades. When you were then kicked for having confusing names, you all returned with the same name, just with Comrade being the latter part. This to me seemed like definite trolling. After speaking with you though, I definitely get the sense that wasn't the case. Thank you for appealing, and I hope you continue to enjoy our servers.
