Since the other thread got locked immediately without giving me the chance to reply and explain myself I see myself forced to open a new thread. (old thread: http://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/vinvancents-appeal.30546/ )

1. I understand the ban in general, yet I have to appeal it, since I do not see any wrongdoing or rdming ON PURPOSE from my side. I must have accidently shot that player propably while switching weapons, since there would be no reason for me to shoot at all. I did not notice that I damaged another player, so I was not having the expectation that I could get a report in that round and left the server.

2.I do not understand why I get a ban for 2nd rdm&leave, when my 1st rdm&leave was appealed: http://www.seriousgmod.com/threads/vinvancents-appeal.30053/#post-270030

I do know the rules and I never rdm on purpose. I have spend a lot of time playing on your servers, without ever having rdmed someone on purpose, therefore I find a 2 week ban way too harsh.​

Accidental RDM is still RDM. It doesnt matter if you did it deliberately, were t baiting, misclicked - RDM is RDM, and you will be slain for it.

Your first RDM and Leave ban was lifted, but not voided on your profile. Therefore, this is your second count of RDM and Leave, and you were banned appropriately for it.

Kindly do not make further appeals on this matter. If you wish, you may message myself or my admin @Ragman using the forum conversation system.
