Yes, it is KOSable to pass an unid'd body with or without you knowing there was an unid'd body. If for whatever reason you believe that there wasn't a body there, you can file a report on the forums with the evidence and our staff will handle it from there.
The question is, can you be KOS'd for passing an unID'd you are unaware of? The answer is yes. As long as you were in line of sight of the unID'd that you would have been able to ID, and you walked away from it, you can be KOS'd. Though it is rude to kos someone that you know didn't see the body they passed

If you walk past an UNID'd body, even if you are unaware, it is KOSable. Obviously, if the other player knows you didn't see it, it's toxic gameplay, but it is KOSable nonetheless. I personally ask if it looks like they didn't see it, but it is not required. If this doesn't answer your question, let me know, but I'll be marking this as answered until then. Thanks for asking
my question is: is it kosalbe if that happens killing someone for being in a corridor with a undied but the person clearly not seeing it also I did not walk by the undided body I was near it but not close enough to walk over it or past it
It is traitorous to kill someone for walking by an unID'd body and it isn't RDM. It is traitorous to be close to an unID'd body without IDing it. If you knew how far you were from the body, the it sounds like the kill was legitimate. To note, you cannot just say they walked by an unID'd body of there was no unID'd body. Staff have ways to keep track of who is ID'd after death and who isn't. This means if all bodies are ID'd or we see the kill with no unID'd bodies, then it will be RDM by means of loopholing.
