i got banned for "Harassment (DM report)" by @Ted after i had already left the server and i never got a warning so now i want you to void it​

You did already leave the server, I was doing some personal stuff and the player did not tell me they felt harassed until after you left.

The rules do not say you have to be on the server or not. They just show protocol first a warning, kick then a ban. But if a player directly messages a staff member we can add up those figures.

I can see that you already have quite the history with this kind of behavior. Do you have anything to change my mind why I should void the ban?

 

you ban off of 2 instances, dont warn at all, and only get informed about harassment after ive already left?

why did you have to wait till i left the server to report me instead of saying something in game? why didnt you say anything? how does it feel to be mod for a dead server and have 0 playtime for the past 2 weeks? is it common knowledge that if you wait to report someone its easier to get them banned now or something?

also ted, before you nitpick my "2 instances" comment, we all know this was Sticky's wanna-be-mod headass and only 2 of those were directed at him, so why is he saying he feels harassed by comments made towards other players? i didnt know thats how harassment worked now, oh wait you dont follow protocol anyways so why should that matter right

Normally I am a big cuddle bear. Sadly i will not be voiding this ban.
I can go into explaining why i can't hold up evidence if a report comes after you had left. But it is hard to hold up something I missed at the time.
There are obviously 3 harassment instances in the short period of time.
The reactions here have contributed to my conclusion to not void the ban.
