Before my moderator @Pandora makes her post here, I'd like to ask; were you loopholing, and did you kill one or both of them with a prop?

 

i killed one with a prop

 

i did not know that prop killing on accident was a big deal, i tried throwing it off the cliff and the person stepped in the way

 

Hey there @TyroneAsaurus thanks for making an appeal today.

So what had happened was @Aarow had informed me that you were known for being suspected of loopholing so the both of us had decided to record and start watching you to see if we could gather any evidence against you. He then reports you the same round for propkilling him. You weren't able to respond because of map change but I went and PM'ed you twice about the situation and you clearly stated that you had not killed or damaged anyone with a prop whatsoever during the last map. Aarow then refutes that he had been recording a demo and it shows you killing him with a prop and you attempting to kill another player (barely missed him) After reviewing the demo alongside with my admin @Shadow we were able to see that you had indeed prop killed him. While a menu shows up when he is killed, you can briefly see yourself with a magneto stick very closely in front of him missing the barrel you had at the time. I even edited the demo to a brief video showing the kill and that you were the one with the barrel. If you don't believe the video was enough you could always download the demo here and use the drive feature, but either way it shows you propkilling him. Now after seeing that you loopholed out of the situation I then proceeded to get discretion and ban you for 4 weeks because of your history and the fact that you were suspected of loopholing on many occasions and had my admin global it.

 

i went to go throw it off the edge and he got in the way, i am truly sorry but that is what happened

 

i can take the ban if that is yall's decision i just don't fell it should be that long

After discussing this with @Shadow we have decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks because of your responses to this appeal and we feel you were being sincere with them. In the future however if you're caught loopholing again it will be a harsher punishment so please don't continue to lie about reports. Thank you for the patience and have a good day.
