Hello, my name is TyroneAsaurus on the server. I was currently banned and would like to appeal because this is the only server i like to play on. I was currently banned for something for 56 days and i do not no why. I was playing last night, 12/24/15, just fine and then this morning i tried to get on and i was banned. if you could please help me out with this situation that would deeply appreciated, Thank you and merry Christmas.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I really dont know why i was banned, so if you could help me out that would be great, thanks. And i am not banned from just 1 server, it has banned me from all servers.​

 

You were banned by me for RDM and Leave - Third Offense which was globaled + extended by @Nena.

I will respond with evidence at my earliest convenience.

You were banned by @Senko for RDM and leave 2nd and Alisae for RDM and leave 3rd offense, which was requested to be globalized.
Because you got two active bans at the same time so I extended the ban too.
And if they agreed to accept your appeal, the length will be reduced.

As you can see in the above screenshots, you killed a T buddy with a Frag Grenade which you had not warned for (I sent a PM asking about the warning which was not replied to) and left shortly after you were slain.

Due to this I will not be accepting the appeal to my ban.

Please remain patient as @Senko will respond to the appeal to his ban as soon as possible.

 

First off I'd like to say thanks for taking the time to write up this ban appeal because as a new moderator it gives me more experience.

Okay so now to the real point, yes indeed you were banned by me for RDM & Leave Second Offense the Spoiler below will show that you left while slain, but due to the lack of evidence I fail to provide of the actual report and RDM it self I will be Voiding your second offense ban and @Nena will have the final verdict on this appeal.

Since Senko accepted your appeal for your 2nd offense of RDM and leave, the length will be reduced to 2 weeks , but please remember, if you were found RDM and leave again, the punishment will be harsher .
