It took me along time to try to find this Map. I went from server to server to server when i finally realized if i had played i had downloaded it so i look through the maps i could make on the single player server and found it. Presenting ttt_suburb, Another map that is atmospheric. I like it because you can either stay in the house or walk away from it depending on your preferences. Big +1 for me, played this map in the past and it was great. Edit: C4 on this map is interesting because there is only one accessible house. So everyone has to leave the house and go into either the backyard or the street. The street is very dark allowing for snipers to pick people off. Basically as a Innocent you want to stay in the house if at all possible because you walk out side, you risk of getting sniped from someone hiding in the darkness. It's got some very interesting gameplay dynamics.
