    Features

Diesel Generator - Requires randomly spawning fuel to be powered. Also, it has a moving arrow that shows the fuel level! Stuffing explosive items in the fuel input results in bad things.

Traitor Weapon Tester - Built out of rusty shoplift scanners. Checks the player for Traitor items - green light means that the player is clean.

Dynamic weapon spawning - Players are given 2 random weapons and 1 random ammo item on spawn. Additional ammunition and weapons are contained in crates.

Rotato the Sadistic Saw - A homemade weapon of destruction. Requires to be activated with a Traitor credit.

Satchel Charges - A cleverly disguised explosive as a bag. Requires 1 credit to be armed, detonation is free.

Irresponsible Driver - Since the park is near a city, roads are required. Cars usually come with them, so beware!

Open areas - Thanks to Far-Z Culling, Fog and Prop Fading, the map itself is one huge open area with decent framerate.

Hideouts - Forests usually offer large amount of places to hide!

One of the good maps released recently, presented excellently.

I have the slightest feeling this was used in the Crossbow preview map-wise, but it still looks pretty anyway.

EDIT: Was proven wrong as soon as I loaded in and looked around.
    Pros
Has plenty of weapon crates that you run up to to snag up some weapons if you're not keen on buying weapons. You can use it 4-5 times.
There's a soccer ball to play with! For those who absolutely LOVE prop play, this is for great fun. It even bounces around!

    Cons
Massive amounts of spawning weapons this way could possibly lag the server.
There's a draw line for your view. AKA it's like you're playing Silent Hill, but I feel this is for performance benefit. Still viewing this as a slight con for those of us who adore sniping.
Some areas, as with all maps nowadays it seems, aren't accessible. Though you would think that they would be. http://prntscr.com/4mimar
There would need to be a map specific rule applying to the Satchel Charges, which T's can arm and blow up. Arming takes 1 credit though, so that's not that big of a deal. More so on the whole it'd be traitorous to hold it with a magneto stick, putting us into the same situation with datmap.

That's all I could think of so far with running about for about 10 or so minutes about the map. It's a fair deal quite pretty, and would probably end up replacing forest if it was added, I think. I'm gonna keep myself neutral since I feel I'm not giving this map too big of a chance.
