So it seems this has the same disconnect glitch like mineshaft. Specifically this: http://www.seriousttt.com/threads/kicked-for-the-reason-of.10079/ Many players get kicked out upon loading in. This is a bug with gmod that started after the last gmod update, and until its fixed we can't use this map. It looks like a fun map and will not be added until that glitch is taken care of.
Do you know what exactly causes it? Like if it's something in the map or a function that kicks people? Or maybe its a file that causes confliction or something... idk
No idea. But probably some sort of conflict. We ran mineshaft for quite some time before the latest gmod update and it never booted people off.
In that case it might be an old file that the update never got rid of, or maybe a new file that's not compatible with certain maps
I tried this map out yesterday @Highwon , it's a great map and very good size for our servers. Please consider it when/if the bugs are zapped!
I loved mineshaft so much So sad to see it gone Only problem i ever had with it was spawning with 50 health if i was standing near the lava when the game started +1 if the kicking issue gets resolved Would like to see more vanilla maps
