This is a little bit of a abstract map, but its not confusing to navigate or anything. There are about 4 stories, the top one being sort of a electrical room that's kinda small, the second being a hotel, the third being a garden, and the forth is a flooded basement/ electrical room. I've played around on this map for awhile and I think it's perfect for 36 players. I suggest you check it out for yourself, its pretty cool.
