A big map. A whole neighborhood of apartments interwoven into some Brazilian Hills, this map focuses on the design and player's skill rather than fancy traps or testers. There's opportunities for close quarters combat and ranged all throughout the map; there's interlinked apartment hallways with windows overlooking the hillside, a soccer field with a ball and radio, a power substation, and more.

Cons:

Potential Delaying. With a big map, comes this inevitability. Admittedly, while it grows on you as you explore and learn the enviroment, the first impression of the map can lead the player confused on which way to go.

Size. 54 MB is pushing the bar of what we allow. Size can be trimmed with cutting out a song or two from the radios.

Rearm Script. One is provided, but would need altered to download alongside the map.

The whole vibe of the map really appeals to me. I dig the natural landscape + urban neighborhood look. My only concern would be size, as you mentioned. It reminds me of mountbase for some reason, and we don't want to talk about that.

The file size of the map doesn't matter, if Opalium likes it he wom't consider the file size. (Nuclear Power is 154MB )

I don't see any reason why not to add this map. Gives me an excuse to 720 nac swap cross map trickshot someone with an AWP as a traitor

Also it can incorporate good ole MW2 nonstaglie into TTT (as highrise does as well)
