On multiple other servers that me and my friends like to mess around on ( When its only us , just play minigames like defuse the c4 ... etc) we come across many great maps that i find would be great to add to Serious TTT. There is this one map called TTT_ClockTown_V1 , and its basically a Legend Of Zelda map based on the game Majoras mask. It has a large space, no traitor traps or testers. It is very interesting. Clock Town was personally suggested by me a while back if you searched for it.
