Why you should be unbanned:

I was playing last night and me and my friend were trying to push each other off with barrels and i through mine which hit another guy and killed him, he reported me for prop kill, i was waiting to be slayed next round but no mod checked the report so after like 3 rounds more i had to get off and when i came on today i was banned for 5 days any help would be great, i have been playing on this server for about 3 years now and dont want to be banned for 5 days because an admin didnt check the log right as the round ended.Thanks for the help.​

Alright, my evidence has been rounded all up so let's get down to business then shall we?

Alright, so we happened to be playing on the map Magma as I was training a Trial Moderator when I came across this report:

Well as you stated yourself in the Appeal you did leave without receiving any slay for that report against you. Now I must apologize here, the reason you weren't immediately slain was because Trial Moderators usually take more time for reports than us Moderators as they're learning the ropes/basics of the report system and still getting accustomed to it. Though, the issue here is you did acknowledge the fact that you should have been slain for said RDM you caused with that barrel yet decided to leave without inquiring either one of us beforehand whether or not action against you would be taken which you can see here:

With that all said though, I will be accepting this appeal due to your clean history prior to this event and will also be voiding your ban as you did go out of your way to appeal your ban. This means that if you were to be banned for RDM and Leave again it would count as First Offense again, I will advise you though. It's always a wise idea to always ask the Staff Member present if you're okay to leave, believe me when I say that responding to a question like this will not take much out of our time and prevents situations like these from happening.
