Is it ok to destroy traitor testers before a round begins?

When in a round may a Detective destroy traitor testers?

 

Before round yes.

No clue.

 

I was the detective, and it was before round. So if you are inno why would you say "can I still kill the d for breaking the tester before the round starts". Well if it was before no and if I am a d esspecially no.

 

Some times it's not about you Ninjaa. I just want clarification on these acts.

 

Well if it is before a round starts, then no. If it is after yes.
