Why was I even banned in the first place?
If it was rdm and leave, I timed out and returned immediately. Seriously you guys need to stop banning people for rdm and leave when they time out.​

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to make an appeal.

Firstly, considering this incident is previous to Disruptionz post here, an extension is not in order as someone pointed out it may be so.

Now, to the appeal and the specific incident at hand.

You claimed that you had seen a traitor with a harpoon in a room previously, and that the player who went in there was not killed by the harpoon, therefore he must be a traitor. This player stated to me that there was not a player holding a harpoon. Now, had you seen the player standing next to the other player with harpoon out and him not doing anything, you could certainly have killed based on GBA. The problem here is that you claimed logic saying that he would have been killed by the player who allegedly had a harpoon. This is confirmed by your taunting in the chat. Ultimately, the other player's word does not matter, but what does matter is that you argued that because a player whom you believed to be a traitor hadn't killed him, he must himself be a traitor. This is equivalent to not killing a player who is KOSed, except that player wasn't even KOSed in this instance, and even if he was, he would have no obligation to kill said player unless he was in fact doing something traitorous at the time of being in company with said player.


Onto the ban reason. You left shortly after your slay round started, and did not return before the start of round 2 in the next map. For this reason, I am not inclined to believe that you timed out and would have come back.

But I did time out, my game also crashed and it took me a few minutes to get it closed. By the time I rejoined the map had changed.

 

Typically given a player with the history you have, I would be inclined to deny this appeal. However, it seems that this has happened in the past not once but twice that you came back. If you can add me on steam and set up a time to serve the slay, I'd be happy to remove the ban.

 

The player has served their slay, and this appeal has been approved. In the future, if you disconnect when you know you're slain / being slain please attempt to contact the staff member who issued the slay.
