Why you should be unbanned:

I was perma banned on a 56 day ban for some reason and would like to know why?​

I honestly don't see a reason why you should be unbanned considering you made many alternate accounts after you were banned for blatant mass rdm and trolling on a single server. Ban Evasion isn't taken lightly here.

I have not made any alternate accounts except this one because, I am banned from the forums and Event horizon once told me it was ok to make an Alt in this situation, I was not trolling any of your servers and if I was I am a "Follow this one guy until he leaves type of troll" Which is not against the rules (And somehow looks to be encouraged). Also in that links punishment Darktooth told me I was only being banned for 2 month and I would only be perma banned if I did not change my behavior.

 

I'm not really interested in you fabricating more stories. You can play the victim all you want, but we're not stupid.

I would like to tag @Halloween Event here to refute or approve of the statement you say he stated to you. You were permanently banned from the servers for making a lengthy list of alternate accounts and making immature posts about "shit mods" and signing your petition, which shows your attitude and behavior have yet to change.

 

I never once gave you permission to create an alt account to make an appeal. You never once made any attempt to contact me.

 

You said it in the Shout box when I was banned by nene... And I made an alt that day.
If you don't remember or I am making shit up is for you to decide.

 

I do not recall giving you permission to create an alt for an appeal as your main account wasn't even banned on that day. You made an alt and tried to pass it off as your friend creating a petition to unban you.

You have now been relentless in your aspirations to troll us and as a result, you have been permanently banned from our servers and any new accounts you make on the forum will fall to the same fate. This forum account will reach its fate once the appeal is resolved by Sinz.

You have not given any decent reason to why we should unban you, all you've done and I predict you will do is continuously harass, intentionally RDM, loophole troll and at the end of the day you will fabricate lies in an attempt to avoid punishment for everything you've done.

Before beginning my lengthy response to this ban appeal, I would like to inform you I am by no means obliged to respond to you considering you've made this ban appeal on an alternate account while evading a ban on your primary, which breaks forum rule #7: "You may not have multiple accounts for any reason", but I am certain you are well aware of this rule. However, I can understand your attempt in trying to slip your way out of this one. Your ban has reached a verdict long before this response was made by the community and server owner, Highwon. Permanent bans are approved by the owner before being issued. A "Conflict of Interest" ban is the highest punishable ban reason on our servers. To be banned for Conflict of Interest means that you have committed an offense or multiple offenses that conflict with the interests of the community, these bans are permanent and often last until the server's end. This ban is a far superior felony than hacking, ghosting or Mass RDM.

8/31/14:

On this day, you were banned for reoccurring offenses of Mass RDM which consequently led to your ban's globalization and extension, note this was only a 14 day ban. However, you believed that the crime did not fit the punishment and made a total of 5 alternate accounts masking your IP using a VPN to prove your "point" that our moderators and staff members are corrupt. You went through an effort to achieve something so utterly ridiculous and asinine. This within itself is absolutely unacceptable, seeing this your primary account, Toon Link, was banned from the forums for 6 days. A clemency if anything.



Above, you can see the aliases you went by when ban evading, all of which are permanently banned from the forums. Condescending, obscene and misguided.

9/23/14:

You were issued an eight week global ban for your previous history and fourth offense of Mass RDM after an administrator felt the need to do so. After creating an appeal and it rightfully being denied, you took the time to make a petition, for your unban on change.org, not learning your lesson and with complete incomprehension. Seeing your lack of understanding and disobedience I myself banned your primary account from the forums permanently.



Oh, but thoughtlessly you needed to take it a step further, you felt the irresistible need, want, desire to come back and taunt us once more. The following day, multiple Nintendo characters registered on the forums chanting the same opinions you shared prior to your current ban. Along with this they all were aware of your "Unban Toon Link" petition and made threads expressing how much they agree with your thoughts, which only you and the administration team knew the existence of. Not only did that prove the fact that these accounts belonged to you, one of your alternate accounts under the username "Meta Knight" disclosed that they were Toon Link in the shoutbox after responding to the admin that banned him on 9/23/14, Nena. And so, "your army", as you called it, raised.



After taking into account all that you have done in our community it is no mystery why you are permanently banned. It wouldn't be surprising if this was your goal from the beginning.

We do not tolerate trolls in our community, this includes the forums and servers. Your actions over the course of your time here have deemed you a troll and an unwelcome person. You were given countless chances and received multiple pleas requesting you to stop. You ignored and neglected reason. If after this you continue to create more alternate accounts, they will be banned one by one. Just have it be known that this alternate account, that you are appealing with, has approximately 12 hours before also being permanently banned.
