Why you should be unbanned:

Ok so I was playing on East 2 and my computer freezes, so I have to restart it and when I go back on Gmod and try to join East 2, it says I was banned for 6 days and I have no reason why. I am not aware of what I did that made me get banned for 6 days and I was not even aware that you could get banned for 6 days as a starting amount.​

Given that, I find it difficult to believe your computer froze/crashed. If it truly did you should look into the issue to ensure it doesn't happen again.
