Why you should be unbanned:

I really did not think my spray was that bad. I've had it on for nearly a week, as well as others in the server, and have sprayed it countless times in front of mods and admins without a single issue or mention, some even laughing at it. it was just a gag image, i dont think it really deserves a two week ban. especially without being asked to remove it and just jumping straight to a ban.​

Alrighty, I banned you for an inappropriate spray. The spray used was very clearly against our rules and this was your second time using a spray of that nature. Prior to your ban I removed another one of your sprays. I am willing to reduce your ban to 3 days seeing as you have a pretty clean history and if you promise you will not use anymore risky sprays without getting them approved first.

what category does it quality for a ban?
"Porn is defined as "arousing images, videos or depicting sexual activity, or that show general nudity in them. The spray doesn't have to explicitly display these either: even if you cut out the actual part, but the spray can still be understood as one of the above things, it still falls within the rule. Sex toys/objects or sexual liquids are also included in that"

The image did not contain sexual activity or is it sexually suggestive, a giraffe eating someone isn't exactly arousing imo. If you are referring to the female then id ask, would you have banned me if that were a male in boxer briefs getting swallowed by a giraffe? and be honest because i really dont think you would have an issue with that image. Saliva is not sexual liquids either.

This image again, was not graphic, did not present any blood or gruesomeness, it may have been a bit odd, but I wouldn't call it disturbing.

I do not believe this image justifies even a 3 day ban, I understand there was an issue with that previous one, and i removed it immediately. I saw how that one could be a hint of sexual suggestiveness, but this one is only considered bad because of the gender involved. i was asking in chat if my spray was okay, without a response until falcor said something then you immediately banned me. No admin, mod, or player has had an issue with that image since i started spraying it and that was well into last week when i started. i originally copied it after seeing it in game so obviously it hasn't been an issue or other would have been banned too.

 

and considering blazegamer123 recently approved appeal with cropped porn, i really dont think my image is worse than that. it doesnt deserve worse treatment or judgement comparing to an image such as that. fairness is the best system.

You were warned in the form of me removing your previous spray. Your spray was very clearly depicting an up-skirt shot of a woman in a giraffes mouth. Seeing as I had removed your previous spray I gave you the ban. The first offense ban for Inappropriate Sprays is 2 weeks. As for the claim of another appeal being accepted that is completely irrelevant towards this appeal.
