Why you should be unbanned:

I was really tired last night and don't quite remember what I did to deserve the slay, but I know i needed it. That's not my point though, I timed out and I didn't screenshot it because at the time i had not realized i was slain, let alone going to be banned (I went AFK occasionally to work do other stuff; I was trying to multi task). Anyway my point is that it was completely unintentional and i timed out the RDM wasn't even intentional. I think I killed on immensely high suspicion because I got caught up in the moment and as I previously mentioned was pretty tired, or based on a false KOS from someone. Since I've gone off track a little bit, all i'm trying to say is that it was all completely unintentional and I was already aware about the RDM and leave policy (believe me I love this server I wouldn't risk getting banned by leaving on purpose)​

Evidence of Innocence:

I don't have a screenshot to prove that I timed out (I wasn't sure that I was currently slain so i didn't screenshot) , all I have is hope that I can be unbanned since my internet had failed me at just the wrong time.​

Hey man, thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban. I just want to start this out by apologizing, I didn't issue the slay in as timely of a matter as I try to normally, this is completely my bad and I have a feeling this ban could have been completely avoided if I did. Now that that is over we can get into the evidence, reason for your ban and the verdict of this appeal.

As you can see here you filed a report against another player because you watched him kill someone for what you believed to be no reason. You had fired on him because of that same reason, the player responded by saying it was a T, that he ided the body and that he wanted you slain because you had damaged him for it.

Spoiler: Further Investigations

As you can see here logs confirmed this player allegations were indeed true and you had damaged him for killing a T, since he ided the body of the T he killed 30 seconds before you damaged him for killing the T, it fell well outside of our 5 second grace period, and was indeed RDM. The reason for the ban was that you failed to join back after the map change before I had a chance to issue the slay.

Since you should have been slayed during the 6th round as I had both sides of the story by the 5th round, no one had reported you so you had no way of really telling a slay was coming, you have a remarkably clean record for your hours and you are saying that you crashed, I have decided to both unban you and void the ban on your record.
