Why you should be unbanned:

It's the only server I ever want to play on and also I am innocent. Also sorry if I put the wrong server above, I have trouble remembering things. I'm pretty sure it was either E or E2.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Somebody called a KOS on the person I killed (Fluffy & Furious) so I asked to confirm back on voice chat and he said "yes KOS on Fluffy." So when I saw Fluffy I popped a couple caps in him and he died. I can't remember the dudes name that called a KOS on him but I am pretty certain it started with an L and had numbers at the end of it. I also didn't serve the slay because when I talked to the mod online (candy) I saw her type in the chat "ok" when I said there was a KOS on Fluffy and multiple individuals confirmed there was a KOS placed on Fluffy at the time of his death. I thought I was in the clear and free to leave the server since it was very late and I was very tired but candy was told that I killed him for a KOS and I guess she didn't lift the slay. Sorry for not serving the slay.​

Fluffy had reported you for rdm. You had stated in chat that @Largo4589 was the player that had kos Fluffy. And I asked Largo in the chat and he said he didn't call any kos on Fluffy. Therefore you had rdm'd Fluffy because Largo claimed he never called a kos on Fluffy.

Since this is your first offense I will remove the ban and void the slay since there were misunderstandings about the situation.
I am currently unavailable to get onto GMod I will unban you this evening when I am able.
