Why you should be unbanned:

My GMOD crashed during the round of slay and I attempted to restart it, but I got the error message: "Failed to start game (app already running)." I then proceeded to end the process in task manager, by the time I got my GMOD up and running again, it had been around 4 minutes, and I had already been banned from the server.​

Accepted, just for this time i am going to believe you. Since you did show remorse for the RDM, i was wondering if you crashed, so i waited a whole round before banning you, because you did not come back i had to ban you. You will be unbanned shortly.
