Hello Texxy! I'm certainly glad to see that you've made an appeal! Give me a moment to gather my things here and we will get this ball rolling!

 

Alrighty Texxy! After searching through my screenshots and videos for a while now, I don't believe that I have the ones that document your RDM and your leave, due to the instance happening the moment that I received my full moderator power. I would tag @BlueCore or @Diehard01 in case they can provide the evidence needed, as they were both online with me during the event. I was just the one who put the actual ban in.

If one of those two can assist me in providing evidence for this, then that would be appreciated.

If they are unable to, I will have no choice other than to accept your appeal completely due to lack of evidence, and to give you a slight warning about doing it again in the future.

I will give them a little bit to respond, and if nothing comes up, you will be good to go.

Alright Texxy! Sorry it took me so long! You were banned for RDM and Leave first offense by me yesterday while we were playing on the EU servers. I am actually glad that you decided to appeal for this ban, since I can remember playing with you, and remember enjoying the play that was had.

Down to the meat of the situation. While playing on the map "Nether" I received this report in which you threw a grenade as an innocent which killed another user. In your response, you do admit to the situation being RDM, as accidental RDM is still, in fact, RDM. An image of the report can be viewed below.

Due to this, I proceed to issue you a slay which can also be seen below.

Shortly after issuing you this slay, you proceed to leave the server, for which I banned you for your first offense of RDM and Leave. Now, due to the good impression that you left on me, as well as the fact that this is your first offense of RDM and Leave that you have committed whist on our servers, I would gladly like to accept this appeal and have you come online with me sometime to serve out the slay for the offense committed. Please feel free to add me on Steam any time and message me about this and we can go towards getting the ban lifted. Caution though, the ban will not be voided, as another offense of RDM and Leave in the time after this will result in RDM and Leave 2nd offense and a two-week ban.
