Explain the case:

I was playing on the Serious TTT Vanilla Minecraft on the rooftops map and I was stuck on a ladder, and ¿Disdain was the detective. He said he was gonna count down and then if I didn't move he'd kill me and I said I was stuck. I said do it to say that if he did it I would report him and he killed me then IDed me then left. I have a screenshot of it:
